I don't usually write reviews, but I wouldn't stay here again. After sleeping for just two hours, I moved to the hotel right next door. There was no heating, and I'm sure the room hadn't been cleaned even once. The blankets and pillows smelled like someone's scalp, and they didn't seem washed. The train station bathrooms are cleaner, so you might as well sleep there. I booked through the app for 400 lira with breakfast, but they charged the same 400 even without breakfast. I asked for half my money back after two hours, but they never refunded it, so I left having wasted the money. I thought it would at least count as a life experience for 400 lira. This place really should close. Let's stop doing business this way.

We had to stay because we arrived late at night. The room was cold, the taps were broken, and the sheets and blankets weren't clean. There was no hygiene at all. Under these conditions, I can't recommend it to anyone.

The heaters are turned off at night, right during the coldest hours, and we were freezing. If you don't want to get sick, don't come here. There was no cleanliness or hygiene either. You'd be better off spending the night in a hammam. What a terrible hotel.
