Kayı Resort Hotel

Nice, clean rooms, good food, and extra options like the spa and skiing lessons made the whole experience convenient and fun. Definitely recommend the hotel.

Really nice hotel.

The waiters were kind and attentive, and the staff in the ski room were helpful too. The hotel management, though, was a letdown. When our friend broke his wrist, nobody helped, and we had to call a taxi ourselves. The food wasn't enough for us, the pillows were so uncomfortable that we asked for replacements twice during the night, and the bathroom smelled so bad we had to keep the door shut. We didn't like the interior decor and didn't want to spend time in the hotel, so we went to neighboring hotels in the evenings. I have nothing positive to say about our stay at Kayı Resort Hotel from February 23-26. I don't recommend it.

We've been running ski training camps in Sarıkamış for about 7-8 years, and we always stay at Kayı Snow Hotel. We leave very satisfied each time because we really like the service and atmosphere. Thanks especially to Mr. Mehmet and Mr. Adnan, the Kayı Resort managers, for their attention, service, and understanding. The chef, reception, management, and everyone else also deserve thanks for their quality, hospitality, and care.
