The pool and hammam were a lovely way to relax after skiing, and the spa area made the stay feel even better. Getting to the slopes was easy with the hotel shuttle, and they’re close by anyway. Our room was spacious and spotless, and both breakfast and dinner had plenty of choice and were really good. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout. A special thanks to our patient, experienced ski instructor, Barış Deniz Hoca. I’ll book another course with him next year. We had a great stay at Lion Hill Hotel, and I’d gladly come back.

Getting to the ski resort was easy, and being able to rent excellent ski equipment right at the hotel made the holiday much more comfortable. The rooms were spacious and spotless. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff were so sincere and attentive to every request that we really felt special.

Bora drove us to and from the mountain every day, and the hotel has a shuttle for the 4-5 minute trip to the ski center. Ms. Ayşe stayed closely involved the whole time. The hotel was very clean and high quality, and our room was quite comfortable.

We had a heated indoor pool, play areas for kids and adults, and a ski room to use. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our room had plenty of space, with an open kitchen and living room, and it was clean and comfortable. The whole hotel felt new, clean, and well organized. It was our first ski holiday in Sarıkamış, and the free shuttle to the ski center whenever we needed it was a big plus. We'd choose Lion Hill Hotel again if we return.
