A family run hotel, and they greet you with a smile every day. The rooms have nice views, and there's good food all day, along with a warm pool, spa, and hamam. Kars/Sarikamis is known for its powder snow and skiing, and this is a great place to stay while you're there. It's close to the piste, too. Wonderful experience.

It was my first stop in Turkey, and the welcome left a great impression. Mr. Kürşat and Ms. Gülsüm, the owners, were incredibly hospitable and made a point of meeting their guests. His wife cooks, and the food was delicious, with something different at every meal. Trying Turkish food in Turkey for the first time really stayed with me. Serkan, the hotel manager, speaks good English and was so helpful throughout our stay. He made everything very pleasant. I'd definitely recommend the hotel!

The main issue was the smell of food reaching across the lobby and even up to the first two floors, since the restaurant and lobby are so close together. Better ventilation is needed, as it was extremely disturbing. The hotel itself was cozy, the rooms were moderately furnished, and the food was above average. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The spa was really impressive, with excellent massage techniques, and the services were reasonably priced. The hotel was great, the full board meals were amazing every day, and most people in reception, the restaurants, and spa were very helpful and spoke English. For skiing, this is the best place in Turkey. The area is well prepared, with mountain levels for different skiing abilities, and the people are very helpful.
