The room was small but clean, with fresh sheets, a hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, and even a little balcony. It's a quiet place close to the center, with very friendly staff. The price, location, and cleanliness are a great combination. You can walk to the sea port in 10 minutes and the bus station in 2. Thanks a lot.

The location is great and the staff were fine, but there was so much smoke everywhere and unbearable street noise until 4 am. We left two days early.

It's completely safe and close to the main street market in kusadasi, with the beach within walking distance. There's no breakfast. I'd only recommend it for an urgent one-night stay. There are too many rooms, you can hear people talking next door, the washroom is too small, and there's nothing you can do about the smell from the exhaust.

The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff were very friendly. There's a great shop downstairs, and getting to the city center is easy.

The reception feels welcoming thanks to its modern decor, and we found the staff polite and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms need some attention and updating, though. Breakfast could use a little tweaking too: five olives, one egg, and one cherry tomato. Xx
