Sarikamis Kayi Snow Otel

The location was great, really close to the ski areas, and there were lots of traditional dining areas with fireplaces that gave the hotel an authentic feel. The food was delicious and the service was always top notch. It's very clean, and the staff were warm and helpful. Hakan Bey especially did a lot for us, regularly checking that everything was okay and answering our needs. They made us feel at home. There are billiards and table tennis for fun, too. It was our first stay here, but definitely not the last. We can't wait to come back!

The ski lifts are right nearby, the meals are okay, and the rooms are heated enough in winter. Restaurant staff were very good and followed Covid'19 precautions. Outside the restaurants, the precautions weren't enough. The ski rental room was fine, but they need to invest in new skis.

The owner killed a lion and put its picture in the lobby, across from reception. They also bought and froze 2 lions to display in the hotel. There were real deer and goat heads on the walls as well. I deeply regret paying to stay here and indirectly contributing to this violence.

Everyone on staff was friendly and really helpful. Nihat from the reception team especially took care of everything we needed, answered all our questions quickly, and organized things without delay. A big thank you to all the hotel staff!
