We were in town for a trade fair. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff paid close attention to guests.

I stayed here from October 14th to 24th, 2022, on a very tight budget. At 3,500 lira for 10 days, or 350 lira per day, it was the cheapest place I could find, and for the price I thought the quality was quite good. Among the places in the area, I found it the best value. Whether you’ll find it good depends on what you’re used to. I’d been in terrible conditions in the neighbouring block, so this room seemed okay to me. If you expect a really nice hotel room, though, you may find it awful. It’s literally like a motel from an American movie, possibly worse. You get what you pay for. This is the second floor of a complex where low cost rooms are rented out. Each floor belongs to a small company. Carmen owns the 2nd and 11th floors in Block C of the Nresidence complex. There are many different companies in the complex, and the ground floors of the blocks are used for sales offices, or rather, rental offices. After looking at most of them, I found this option at the lowest price. Other hotels in the complex quoted more. The staff were polite, willing to help with questions, and spoke broken English. The rooms were generally clean. There was a refrigerator, kettle, and TV with local channels. Internet was spotty, about 2 out of 5. The downsides were smoke coming from neighbouring rooms, thin walls that let you hear groans from nearby rooms, and the weak internet. I can recommend it if you’re considering staying in this complex and are looking for a low cost option.
