Our first visit to Türkiye was a great one. The hotel was fantastic, the ski instructors were very helpful, and the prices were reasonable. It's our last day today, but hopefully we can come back. Thanks so much, Snowflake, for everything.

We were just a few steps from the lifts, and the hotel's location was a real plus. The breakfast was generous and tasty, especially Namıkkemal Chef’s fantastic menemen, which is a must-try. The team were so welcoming and quick to sort out any problems, which made us feel well looked after. I'd definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay with a friendly atmosphere.

After skiing, we really enjoyed the lobby and its fireplace in the evenings. The hotel sits right beside the slope, so you can ski right up to the ski rental room. Staff throughout, including in the ski room, were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The food was delicious, and there are nice facilities like a sauna and Turkish bath. Airport transfers are available too. I definitely recommend it!

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the room prices were very reasonable. The location gives quick access to the ski resort, with a ski room for your own gear and rentals. It covers what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel.
