Rida Sultan Konağı

We felt right at home at Rida Sultan Mansion, and would love to return. Everything was tidy and spotless, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was the best part. The gentleman serving us was warm and genuinely helpful, answering all our questions with care and a smile. I felt the other staff were making up for Ms. Nur’s lack of hospitality, as she seemed extremely indifferent. The location was also much farther from the center than we’d been told. We asked when booking and were told it was a 10-15 minute walk, but it took 35-40 minutes by car. When we checked in, there was no water, so we couldn’t even use the toilet, let alone shower. The flush was broken, the dryer was incredibly loud and sounded like it might explode, and the electrical system had problems. The breakers tripped as soon as we plugged in the iron.
