I’m still staying at this hotel, and I’m very happy with it. It’s quiet and peaceful, with warm, clean rooms and a tidy, well-kept environment. There’s air conditioning so you can set the temperature how you like. The breakfast is tasty and filling for me. I came to have my teeth cleaned and implants done at Clinic Prime Istanbul, which is only a seven-minute walk away, an easy walk. Everything has been top level, both the hotel and the service I came to Istanbul for. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit in April 2026.

The garden is lovely, the rooms are decent, and the staff are really friendly. Mr. Volcan deserves a special mention: he does everything he can to make me comfortable. Great guy, and I see him here every day. A great hotel for the price.

The rooms are huge, and breakfast is very good. The AC could be better, though it was more than okay. One of the service guys was amazing, super friendly, and always ready to help. The receptionist lady was professional, nice, and fun too. I loved everything about this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The garden is lovely, but that’s the only good thing I found. The rooms were in bad shape, the AC didn’t work, and the breakfast was small and ice cold. We paid over 200 euros for two rooms, and the service wasn’t remotely worth that. When we came back, we had to shout for the receptionist to hear us and open the door. We were the only guests, and I quickly understood why. The place looks beautiful in photos, but in person it’s a disaster. I wonder how it got such good ratings. The receptionist was polite, and the hotel’s bad condition wasn’t his fault. A terrible experience!!

Volkan made me feel so welcome and comfortable while I was in turkey. He was always smiling and used his communication skills to talk with me despite the language barrier. I can’t believe how friendly the staff were, I’ve never had such grate service. I can’t wait to go back!!!
