I found the listing on Sahibinden and arranged a deposit by phone for one night, then agreed to stay for three. When we arrived, I called ten times at the door and nobody answered or called back. My wife and child were waiting in the car. A young trainee named Tuna said he didn’t know why nobody was picking up and that he’d been calling too. He helped us get into the house and carry our things, which I appreciated. Then I found there was no pillow, no pot, and no knife. Each time I needed something, I had to ask Tuna, and he was the only person I saw during my four days there. Nobody called back. There’s a reception-like area, but no one there, and once Tuna left in the evening there was nobody to contact if something came up. The business really needs to pay more attention to guests. The houses themselves are clean, spacious, and airy. I stayed in block D, and there weren’t any flies at the entrance, with the municipality spraying regularly. It’s a five-minute walk to the shore and close to the shops, with Bim, A101, and Migros all next to each other. There’s also a barbecue on the balcony, which I liked. In general, the stay was good, thanks.
