Guests get no respect here, from the head office right down to reception. Dorukkaya is expensive, supposedly the most expensive ski resort in Turkey, so if you want a terrible stay and to lose your money, this is the place.

The location and food were good, but the receptionists' attitude put me off. Even with a group of more than 20 people, they couldn't offer us a discount.

We had a good time and plan to come back. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the price felt like good value.

The spa and bath services were excellent, and the food was delicious. The rooms are a little small, though you can't beat the location. The ski area is kept in good shape, with great lifts and plenty of different slopes. The prep area needs more fresh air, it smells of damp boots.
