Breakfast was okay, and we were there just for one night, so the stay was kind of okay overall. The location isn’t ideal. It’s near a highway and the surroundings are noisy. It’s close to the beach and city center in distance, but not close enough to walk, so you need a car. The reception staff spoke English, but most of the other staff didn’t, and they seemed kind of annoyed when they had to. There were stains on the sheets, sofa, towels, and pretty much everything. There’s no AC, and the high humidity from being near the beach made nights really uncomfortable. The furniture layout was bad, too. You couldn’t use everything, and the bed was so close to the closet that we couldn’t open the drawers.

We had a wonderful vacation here. They gave us a 2+1 suite when they found out we had a child, and there’s a lovely pool for families and kids. The hotel is close to the beach and other beautiful places. The owner and staff were very friendly, and the place was very clean with excellent hygiene standards. The cafe food was delicious and affordable for everyone, and laundry was free. I’d give this hotel 5 stars.

It was clean, and I’d rate it 6.5 out of 10. There’s no air conditioning, and service is a bit slow. Laundry and ironing service weren’t good, so you have to do it yourself. I’d suggest bringing an iron if you need one.

The receptionist kicked us out while we were booking, and his manner was unacceptable. Dear owner, please speak to the employee or replace him so clients are treated respectfully. I’ve been to four hotels in Sheila, and none showed respect in the way they spoke to us. We’re famous people in our country.

The place was very clean and tidy, and I liked it. There’s a pool and a restaurant, but the elevator wasn’t working and the rooms had no hairdryer.
