Aqua Fantasy Aquapark Hotel & Spa - All Inclusive

We had an amazing family holiday here, and this was our second year visiting. The staff were so warm, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel feels thoughtful and professional, with attention to the little things guests might need, and we noticed improvements since last year. The main hiccup was that rooms were only available to book around 12 or 3 pm, or for 50 euros if you wanted to book one as soon as you arrived. While we waited, though, the staff were very helpful and let us have breakfast, coffee, drinks, and lunch. I strongly recommend it.

The people working here were the one bright spot, especially Eylul and Mario, who helped us with suggestions and things around the park. I’m 23, and I worked hard for the money I spent here, so no, I’m not a Karen. I visited as a child about 10 years ago, but coming back this summer was a disaster and nothing like I remembered. I didn't know the park had been split in two. When we arrived, they first gave us a dirty room before we got our proper one. The food was horrific, far worse than the reviews had led me to expect. Nothing was fresh, all the meat was extremely dry, and there was almost no variety. Even the reservation-only restaurants were bad. The steak wasn't medium rare, which didn't really bother me, but the other dishes were poor too. The wine I ordered to go with the steak tasted like lemonade. They cut corners far too much on food. Worst of all, I got food poisoning from the steakhouse, the restaurant that requires a reservation. It wasn't worth my money at all.

We had another lovely holiday here, our second year in a row. The complex is very well maintained, and everyone is helpful. A big thank you to the service staff and especially the entertainment team, who put so much heart into what they do. The two DJs were fantastic too, and I'd give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Unfortunately, the buffet food has gone downhill a lot. The grill stations are good, but I missed proper authentic Turkish dishes. We won't be back next year, but definitely sometime again. We paid a lot for a family stay expecting real five-star quality, and were very disappointed. During a severe heatwave over 40°C this summer, the air conditioning didn't work and the nights were unbearable. We reported it to staff repeatedly, went to reception and Guest Relations several times, and sent emails, but nobody offered a real fix. For several days, brown water came from the taps and shower, and frequent power outages disrupted things further. That's unacceptable in any hotel, especially one that claims five stars. We tried to sort it out directly, but the hotel seemed unconcerned, didn't properly reply to our emails, and refused compensation. I hope they take complaints seriously and improve. Potential guests should be aware and proceed with caution.
