The rooms are spacious, and parking is available. Breakfast was offered and was pretty good. There’s some outside noise, though, including motorbikes starting up and people shouting. The rooms could use better sound insulation.

I really liked the design of both the room and bathroom, and it was comfortable enough to feel like home. The bidet valve was broken, so I took off one point. That was the only issue. If they fix it, I’ll update my review.

We stayed two nights as a family, using two roomy, very clean rooms in a cozy part of Selçuk. The air conditioning worked well, and the towels were laid out neatly on the beds. It felt like someone had prepared the rooms with care. The owner and abla were nice, and Umut abi was especially helpful. He even walked my father to a place we needed near the centre. Thanks for having us. We hope everyone staying here gets the same warm experience.

Eto was a great host. He even walked around town with us, showed us where to catch the bus to Ephesus, and arranged our airport transfer. The rooms were clean and new. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!
