If cleanliness matters to you, forget this place. The carpets were terribly dirty and old, the rooms all felt old, and beyond the entrance and Lobby the hotel was a disaster. The bed frame was broken and there was mold in the toilet. There was an old split air conditioner that turned on but had no remote and made a screeching noise. The TV was stuck inside a glass box, so it was funny and inaccessible, and there was no remote for it either. No kettle or service in the room. I don't know why this place got three stars. For what you pay, the value isn't there. The dirtiest hotel I've ever been to, never ever! 👎🏼😷

The location was near the shopping centre, and I was satisfied with my stay. The staff were clean and professional.

The room was so bad that we returned it straight away. The carpets in the corridors and on the floors were extremely dirty, and a cooler placed in front of the closet meant its door couldn't open. All the room had was an electric kettle, with no glasses, bottled water or slippers. When we cancelled and asked for our money back, the employees behaved very badly. They didn't refund us and even asked us to pay extra for cancelling. This is not worth staying in, even for one night. Don't be fooled by the pictures and good reviews. It's the dirtiest accommodation I've ever been to.

The location was nice, with lots of stores and restaurants nearby, and it also worked well for business. The staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and had good air conditioning, and breakfast was great. There's a beautiful terrace café where you can relax over Turkish coffee.

The smoke smell in my room overnight made it really uncomfortable as a nonsmoker, and noise in the corridor kept me from sleeping in. Breakfast was very basic for a hotel charging above average prices: white bread only, no coffee or honey. The place looks good from outside, but inside there was no air conditioning, fridge, minibar, proper mirror, or working room phone. There was no smoke alarm either, and the good TV channels didn't work. It just wasn't a good stay for me, and I wouldn't choose it again.
