Espinaz Apart Otel

No outlet in the room, but they gave us an electric fan, which was almost funny. The facilities are bare minimum, and the bathroom faucet drips. I’m disappointed. Two stars at most. Calling this a four-star place has to be a joke.

The service was friendly and helpful, and the area was quiet with interesting places nearby. The rooms are large and well furnished, with a big kitchen and the ability to cook. The price was affordable. I can recommend it.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but the way this was handled deserves one. There were plenty of empty apartments, yet I was told to leave mine so they could clean it. I didn't even have time to make breakfast or brush my teeth. Later, when I asked to use a bathroom at reception, they gave me a key to another room, so there had been another empty apartment on my floor. The first evening, I noticed a shower pipe leaking and water soaking the floor. For two of the four days I was there, staff did plumbing work while I'd paid to stay in the apartment, with drilling and banging in the bathroom. They knew about the issue, and should have fixed it before putting anyone in that room.

For the price, it was very clean and spacious. I had the whole apartment to myself, with four beds. There was also a washing machine and some detergent, which was great.
