We had to bring our own cups and forks because there weren't any, and they didn't provide even one towel. The elevator wasn't working, and the stairs felt like a real fall risk. The location seemed like the dirtiest, scariest area. The rooms were filthy with insects everywhere, and the service was awful. It seemed there were only two workers doing everything, including cleaning and cooking.

We stayed here with my family and found it really clean and nice. We got around the city a lot, and the hotel is close to everything, right in the city center. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It's somewhere I'd choose again with my family and recommend. Thank you for everything. The negative reviews aren't about the hotel.

The breakfast was wonderful and the hygiene standards were very high. The hospitality at the hotel really deserves praise. Many thanks to Engin bey, Davut bey, and Harun bey for their attention, and to the whole team for such a lovely experience. 🙏🌸

My sister and wife stayed at the new Van Hotel, which I happened to find when I came from Muş to Van for an exam a week ago. We were very comfortable there, and they made us feel at home. I definitely recommend it. 🏨🔱🔱🔱🔱
