We arrived with a confirmed booking for my family of 7, but reception refused to honor it and left us without anywhere to stay. The excuse was that the booking was “cashless,” and the receptionist also claimed that “tourists book and don’t come.” I found that dishonest and insulting, and it seemed to me they were making excuses to cancel reservations and cheat tourists. Do NOT book here. They were untrustworthy and unprofessional, and this cost us time and money. There are much more reliable places in the area.

The location was great, right in the city center and near shopping malls. Our room was clean too.

We stayed four nights and were happy with it, and I’d come back soon. The location is great, near the main busy streets, and the atmosphere was quiet. Reception was friendly, the Wi-Fi was great, and there’s a tea machine on the first floor for guests to help themselves. We chose it for the reasonable price and location. Our room wasn’t large, but it had enough space since we only needed somewhere to sleep and rest. The beds were comfortable and had duvets, which not every hotel has. The shower was the best we’ve had in Türkiye.

It’s a new building, but the stay was bad. The room was hot and stinky, with no AC. The sheets and pillows smelled, the towel was stained and dirty, and there was hair in the bathroom drain. There was no water or electric kettle either.
