Blue Time Boutique Hotel

We were happy with how close it was to the sea, an easy walk. The friendly owners and staff made our family holiday really satisfying. Thanks to everyone, especially Mr. Veli. We hope to see you next year!

We picked this hotel mainly for the price, and for this area it’s an average option if you’re looking for something affordable. Guesthouses nearby generally start at 8,000 TL, though service seems to vary with what you pay. Breakfast is standard, the rooms are fairly roomy with a balcony or veranda, and cleanliness was average. Cleaning only happens if you ask, and I don’t think guests should have to pay for water. It should be replenished daily based on how many people are staying. We were there for 5 days. Our first room was very noisy, so we asked to move and were given a larger family room. The hotel is near Sığ Liman, but the harbor looked cloudy from the sand, so we went to another hotel’s beach instead. That extra cost meant our supposedly cheap stay ended up costing almost the same. The sea at Sığ Liman is very shallow, which could work well for families with kids.

Mr. Veli, the owner, and his wife, Mrs. Derya, looked after the guests so well. We felt we got almost ten times what we paid for. The staff were kind, the rooms were very clean and smelled lovely, and the location was excellent. I’d highly recommend it to anyone coming to Selimiye.

We found this hotel by chance and stayed as four friends. There were two single beds and one double, with enough room for us, and hygiene was good. The staff were friendly and understanding, and the location was really convenient. We had no problems.
