Crystal Waterworld Aqua Collection

I spent four nights here in May and would gladly come back. The care and hospitality from the staff made the stay memorable, and the comfort and atmosphere were excellent. I’d give the hotel five out of five. Mademoiselle Elif was especially kind and professional, with great attention to detail that made me feel welcome. Rosa at the front reception was warm and efficient too. I highly recommend the hotel.

We came as a group of 11, hoping for the standard we’d experienced two years ago, when I would have rated everything 10/10. This time, room cleanliness, food and entertainment had all dropped sharply, with most things at only 1 or 2 out of 10. Despite the sincere efforts of Nasim and Caner, who tried their best to help, nothing meaningfully improved. Their kindness and professionalism were the only bright spots. Management was unresponsive and inflexible. On our last day, they refused our request for just a few extra hours of late checkout, despite our previous loyalty and the circumstances. I can’t recommend this hotel anymore. If you’re relying on reviews from earlier years, be aware that management and the overall quality have changed clearly for the worse.

The sea-view setting made for a lovely atmosphere at dinner in the hotel's fish restaurant. The seafood was fresh and delicious, and Sedat made sure we had everything we needed with excellent hospitality. Highly recommend!

I spent a week and a half here and had a great time. There’s plenty to choose from at the food corners and main restaurant, and the waterslides are fun for kids and adults alike. Sinan and Suleyman from the irish pub were really nice and made delicious cocktails. I enjoyed my stay at crystal waterworld!
