The staff in reception and the dining room deserve credit, but our ten-day stay with the team had plenty of rough edges. Since it was the end of October and the season was over, I can't judge the usual seasonal experience. We were in a separate building, and hauling suitcases up to the third floor was awkward. Our room worked from the start, unlike some of my teammates' rooms. Its bathroom door only stayed shut if locked from inside, and there was just one easy-to-reach socket, shared between the TV and kettle. We later found other outlets behind the beds. A heavy afternoon rainstorm left no room dry. Water came through the windows and ceilings from the upper floors, and even broke through the dining room ceiling. In the off-season they could move people from badly flooded rooms, but I wonder what happens on peak days. It felt like the hotel might become more of a transit stop after the season. For a one-night visit, meals probably aren't an issue, but eating the same food for ten days got hard. Rooms were cleaned nearly every day, though I couldn't make sense of the towel supply. For the last few days we had only small towels, but plenty of them. The shower also needed to run for a long time before the water warmed up. And the soundproofing is a spy's dream :D. Some colleagues could add complaints about missing money and clothes sent to laundry that never came back, but I'm only describing my own experience.

The food really needs work. It was awful, sometimes undercooked or overcooked, usually tasteless, and occasionally had the strangest flavors. There was even moldy fruit. I'm not especially fussy, but I couldn't eat it, not even the potatoes or rice. The rooms are a little dated but perfectly okay for a lower-budget trip. Staff ranged from somewhat friendly to extremely unfriendly, though a few were helpful. English wasn't their strong point.

My first solo trip here turned out much better than I expected after I'd read the reviews. The room was clean and roomy, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff were friendly. The bar team were always cheerful, and the food was good with enough choices for me. The pool was lovely, though cups from the previous day were often left around in the morning and attracted ants. We asked, and they came to clean up. The music all day gave the place a great vibe. It was quiet during my first few off-season days, and the animation team were friendly and kept working to make the stay enjoyable. I also had an amazing Turkish bath at the spa, where the products and staff were lovely. I met lots of nice people and will definitely return.

I took down my original honest review after someone from the entertainment team contacted me with threatening messages, saying legal action would follow over a photo I'd included. I still stand by what I wrote, but removed the image out of respect. I'm sharing my experience again because people should know what to expect. This is just my personal view based on my stay. I booked in November without checking reviews, and only read them after the booking was done. I was worried, but the hotel wasn't as bad as I feared. It's a bit far from local shops, though there are two small convenience stores nearby for essentials. One of the women working there is lovely and has very sweet cats. The spa was alright and reasonably priced. They offer massage packages, but I didn't try one. In our room, we found exposed wires, several lights that didn't work, and a fire alarm that lit up at night. I don't know whether Turkey has the same health and safety standards as the UK. There was some mould in the shower, and the room didn't seem properly cleaned before we arrived, with stains left on the counter. The bedding was clean and changed daily, and we got fresh towels, but had to ask several times for toilet paper. The food was okay, but after seeing what was served during Eid, it was clear they can do better and don't always. Most meals leaned heavily on salad with only a couple of hot dishes. The snack bar got repetitive, with burgers without cheese, spaghetti, and more salad. Drinks were fine. Some bar staff were fantastic, while others seemed overworked and not very engaging. The hotel is on a main road, and I couldn't see security at the entrances. It felt as though anyone could wander into the outdoor or pool areas, which made me uneasy at times. The entertainment team was a mixed bag. A curly-haired guy made a genuine effort to involve everyone and seemed passionate. Another staff member, though, seemed to charge guests inconsistent prices for services and keep the difference for himself. I saw this more than once. I'd suggest arranging anything through reception or the excursion person you meet on arrival. It's a long review, but I wanted to be open about it. Everyone's stay will be different, and I hope other people have an easier time.

The reception team really helped make our stay feel like home. They were always ready with translation, car rental help, or friendly advice, and a special thank you to Canan Emin Es for her kindness, attention, and genuine smile. Mali at the pool bar was another highlight. He's cheerful and welcoming, makes great drinks, and creates a relaxed atmosphere. Thanks as well to the kitchen and sandwich bar staff, who kept working in the heat to serve fresh, tasty food made with care. The housekeeping ladies also kept everything tidy and changed the bed linen regularly, with care for the details. We truly enjoyed our stay and are grateful to the whole hotel team for their warm hospitality and service.
