I picked this hotel for a winter trip where I could work remotely, and really enjoyed the stay. The food, drinks, and à la carte restaurants were all lovely. Everyone was friendly, from housekeeping, who made a swan for my last evening, to the waiters and bartenders. A special hello to Ali The Mixologist, Melike, and the very nice guy on the left side of the main restaurant whose name I can't remember. I especially appreciated the animation team at Barut Acanthus & Cennet. Mehmet, Tugba, and Melissa made the place feel warm and festive, with daytime activities and sports, plenty of smiles, and a celebratory mood that never felt intrusive. They were attentive, professional, and seemed to really care about guests and enjoy their work. The live music every night was great too, with talented performers, good sound, and a stylish mix of songs. Sitting on the terrace beside the fireplace with a drink, sea air, and music was especially nice. Sanne from guest relations was super nice and funny. Thanks to the hotel for such a good start to my year!

We had a wonderful holiday here, just me and my daughter. The lobby was simple but elegant, the food was delicious, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We felt at ease from check-in, thanks to the warm atmosphere. On checkout day, I asked receptionist Serkan if we could have one extra hour, and he kindly extended it until our transfer arrived. I found that really thoughtful and gentlemanly. Thanks for making the trip memorable. We'll definitely come back.

We came as a couple to celebrate my birthday, and it was well worth it. The rooms and hotel were clean, and we loved the elegant design and delicious food. Yusf and Tugba at the bar were especially helpful and made the stay even better. Thanks as well to the guest and reception team, especially serkan, for helping us at check-in and checkout with such a warm, friendly attitude. It was a perfect holiday.
