216 North Hotel & Wellness-Spa

The staff at dinner were warm and very attentive, and breakfast was more than adequate. We spent quite a bit of time at the hotel because of the heavy rain, and the spa was lovely. We’d received a complimentary spa treatment when we booked. The room could use some work. Storage was very limited, the lighting was poor and left the interior feeling dark, and the walls didn’t block much sound. The sauna never got as warm as we wanted, and a clogged drain kept us from using the in-room jacuzzi. The planned Turkish bath area also had a few shortcomings. They can provide an extra bed for children. With some renovation, this could be a much nicer place.

The calm, peaceful atmosphere and the quality of the experience stood out, and the staff welcomed us so warmly. I’d absolutely come here just for the massage.

We were cold when we visited in December. In spring and summer, though, it’s a lovely spot for sitting around and chatting late into the night. The facility is high quality, and both the food and breakfast are good.

We had such a fun girls’ getaway, just one night, and really enjoyed the room with its Turkish bath and sauna. Some rooms have a pool too. Breakfast was generous. We ate at the hotel that evening instead of going into the center, though the menu could perhaps offer a little more variety. Thanks to Mr. Sefa and the receptionist for being so attentive.
