Agva Gizemli Nehir Hotel

The price was incredibly high for what we got. The hotel was filthy: the sheets, curtains, bathroom, bed, sofa, and restaurant chairs were all grey and stained. We even found a sock and a piece of plastic under the sofa pillow. It looked as if the room hadn't been cleaned at all, and the bathtub was dirty and broken on both sides. We asked for another cleaning, but they didn't do it. We left early without eating breakfast at the hotel because it made us feel sick. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had.

The breakfast by the river is something you really shouldn't miss. The hotel has a fantastic view, lovely weather, and a completely calm, peaceful feel. When you're there, it feels like a little piece of heaven. The hotel could put a bit more effort into cleaning, though.

We chose this hotel for the pool and Jacuzzi, but couldn't use either during our two-night honeymoon. The outdoor pool was closed, dirty, and had no beds, even though the weather was still nice enough to sit outside. Our first night was in a horrible room, where the bath was just a hole in the floor and didn't work. On the second day they moved us to a slightly better room, but the Jacuzzi filled with muddy water every time and smelled bad. Such a letdown. Avoid.

The rooms were clean and pleasant, and breakfast was delightful. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything we asked for, and the service was top notch throughout. I really recommend staying here!
