The food was so delicious, and the setting is surrounded by amazing nature. Great location and very helpful staff ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Birdsong, greenery, fresh air, the river, and a lovely garden made this a beautiful place to stay. There were pretty decorative lights around the grounds too. We took lots of photos and made some great memories. The pool, garden, and kitchen were all spotless. We enjoyed our short break even in the rain. The hotel has two entrances: one via a pleasant road, with a one-minute cable-car ride across the river, and another by the village road where you can park. The staff were very friendly and did their best to help, from the kitchen and cleaning teams to reception. They helped right away with our small requests, and quickly stepped in when some guests were making noise. It may not have everything some big luxury hotels offer, but we were very happy with it. As a mother, my one complaint was that the room, sauna, and Turkish bath were all in one space, with no door in the room. Apart from that, it was a very nice stay.

The staff were what impressed me most. They were friendly and ready to help however they could. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the pool was clean and easy to use. The food was tasty, with plenty of variety. The peaceful setting was lovely, and the live music in the evenings added something special. We were very pleased with our stay, and I’d happily recommend it for a great holiday.

The room was really nice, and the cable car at the entrance was a fun surprise for first-time visitors. The evening receptionist, whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch, and the rest of the restaurant staff were excellent. We came away very pleased with the hotel. My only small gripe is that the room felt a bit dim and cramped to me, since I prefer brighter spaces, though that’s just personal preference.
