The rooms have no sound insulation at all. You can hear people walking and talking in the corridor, and sounds from inside carry outside, so sleeping at night is really difficult. When I opened the closet to put my clothes away, the smell was so bad I left them in my suitcase. The bed linens definitely weren't clean. The toilets were in terrible condition, the shower cabin and mosquito net were broken, and although they say there's a refrigerator, there isn't one. Breakfast was inadequate and the staff seemed indifferent, even though the people working in that area were incredibly polite. At breakfast, three items came out 20 minutes apart. One day they had run out of tea, and the next day something else was missing. Don't be fooled by the photos.

The breakfast was served straight from the refrigerator and smelled terrible. The breakfast area was dusty, and the cats looked very hungry. When we tried to give them cheese, an employee rudely said, "don't ruin this place." There was no soap in the rooms and the locks were broken. Absolutely awful. I'll never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.

The room smelled extremely damp, and there wasn't even a mini-fridge. The listing promised a 30-item spread breakfast, but there was no spread breakfast at all. It was served in a separate section, with food prepared hours earlier and kept in the fridge. Even the cheese was moldy. The hotel photos all seemed to be of a different place. There was no shampoo, toiletries, or even hand soap in the room. When I got the keys, nobody told me when breakfast was or that we had to lock the door from the inside. The owner also works reception and serves breakfast. He never smiled and looked at us like, "Why are you here?"
