The Sign Sile Hotel & Spa

I've stayed here three times and loved it, but this visit was upsetting. The room wasn't clean, water leaked from the bathtub while we showered, and the entry card sometimes wouldn't work. Each time, I could be stuck outside the door for 10 minutes. The worst part happened at 2 a.m. while my family and I were asleep. An employee opened our room door, then apologized and said we were in the wrong room. We were terrified. There seems to be no security at all, and I couldn't sleep after that.

For exactly $300 for two nights, this place was nowhere near worth it. The view is nice, but the services were nonexistent. There was no air conditioning, and loud music and a DJ kept going all night and into the morning. Insects, both flying and on the ground, were everywhere, so I couldn't sleep for two hours straight. The carpet was dirty, and the small fridge was dirty and barely worked. They provided just one small shampoo bottle, already sticky and dirty on the outside. Literally the worst hotel I've ever been to.

I think this hotel may have been very good in the past, and I hope they can fix what's wrong now. The food was the only good part of our stay. Housekeeping was horrible, the staff were unfriendly, and the workers' manner was odd. We left the cleaning card on the door, but the room still wasn't cleaned. The phone in our room didn't work. I reported it three times, but they couldn't fix it during the holiday. There were no cups or glasses, the fridge was empty, and they left us just two small bottles of water for the whole stay. I didn't see a manager or official at all. A lot could be fixed if the staff were capable, but as things stand, the place isn't worth the money. I prefer not to add photos here. The facility is really strange.

We had a good room and enjoyed the food, which had plenty of choices. It was our first anniversary with my fiancé. I'd booked a Deluxe room and asked if they could upgrade us to a suite if one was available. When we arrived, the staff kindly gave us a suite. The room was big and clean. The front office ladies Selim and Beyam were very sweet. I totally recommend this hotel.
