The food was good, and the service was great at this nice hotel.

We stayed for two nights. Check-in went well, but the room floor was very dirty. The shower door was broken and wouldn’t close, there was no shampoo, and the shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. I invited a guest to the pool area for coffee, but staff approached us and told the couple to leave as soon as possible because they weren’t staying there. I’d say go somewhere else.

They asked an absurdly high price just for a four- or five-hour rest from people trying to get away from the rubble in the southern earthquake zone. No solidarity or unity. I just feel sorry for you.

The restaurant food is good, and the staff are kind and very friendly. The rooms are clean, though they could be a little bigger, and the internet could be better.

A newly built hotel, with clean rooms and staff who are friendly and welcoming.
