What let my stay down was the lack of extras like spare towels and the staff's rude behavior. I had to ask more than once, and the towels arrived late along with a pathetic excuse. The staff interactions were unpleasant, and the poor service really affected my experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The price was very reasonable, and the hotel is downtown in a very good location. It was also very good for cleanliness and breakfast service.

The staff are so friendly and willing to help with anything. It's an excellent hotel, very close to the historic medreses, mosques, and caravansaray's.
