The pool area has four pools: one for kids, one with a slide, one with hot thermal water, and a swimming pool split into 2m and 1m50 sections. It’s pretty big, but there was moss and hair everywhere, so it didn’t look clean. A piece of the slide wall was broken and could be dangerous for children. There were only six benches, not enough, and no coat hangers. There was no lifeguard. More than three adults nearly drowned today, which was really irresponsible. The kids had a lot of fun, but afterward our eyes were VERY itchy and our skin got really dry after swimming. That’s usually not what happens at thermal places. There was probably something wrong with the water; it looked milky rather than clear.

We had a really nice overnight stay. The room was spotless, like new, and that huge bed made me feel like a king. The reception team was very polite and helpful.

The room was roomy, clean, and very well kept, with a refreshing balcony. There was a safe, robe, tea kettle, and the usual amenities. I enjoyed breakfast and using the geothermal pools. The hotel had nice amenities and friendly staff, parking was easy, and the value was superb.

The rooms were expensive, and they wouldn’t negotiate the price, though every other hotel we’d been to had. We didn’t plan to use the thermal pools, so I thought that should have meant a lower price. Both rooms were unbearably hot and had no air conditioning, so we went back to reception and were moved to different rooms. At checkout the next morning, we were told the air conditioning is “faulty” in many rooms. Why not check the rooms before assigning them? If some vacant rooms have working air conditioning, they should be given out first.
