Tokat Termal Kaplıcaları

I was a little prejudiced at first, but we're still staying here now, and the staff have been polite, attentive, and helpful. It's a calm place, and though the food menu is limited, there's enough to choose from and it's delicious. For the price, it's a very suitable hotel, especially for adults. The only activity for children is the pool, so families should know that before coming.

We came as a family of four, with children aged 8 and 1.5. My wife and I took turns using the pools, and we also rented a family pool. The location worked well for us, about an hour's drive from Akdağmadeni, Yozgat. WiFi worked really well in the rooms and around the hotel, even with lots of people using it. If you prefer not to use the shared pools, there's a bathtub in the room you can fill with thermal water. We liked our stay and hope to come back, God willing.

A friend brought us to Tokat Thermal Baths a week ago, but the visit was a complete disappointment. The room was filthy, with urine stains in the bathroom and toilet, so we had to wash and clean it ourselves. There weren't any towels, bathrobes, or bed linens. We called reception many times and got no help. The pools were very dirty, and there was so much chlorine I could hardly breathe. We cancelled one room, and the money came back two weeks later. A total fiasco. I'll never choose this place again.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and there was always water and hot tea available. In the evening they had live music and lit a bonfire outside. The food was good and the hotel was clean, with clean rooms and pools. It's good value for money, though you have to go at mealtime since some dishes may be gone if you arrive late. There are large play areas both outdoors and indoors. The outdoor pool and the slide on the women's side were closed when we arrived, which was disappointing after traveling so far and not being able to see the outdoor pool. It's a lovely place.
