Staying at Bluesuite by V put Istanbul’s historic sights within easy walking distance. From this central Fatih spot, I could reach the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, and Spice Bazaar on foot. The host, Vulcan, was friendly and professional, and made check-in and communication feel smooth and welcoming. A great Airbnb base for sightseeing, culture, or local flavor.

Volkan was a superb host: intelligent, honest, quick to respond, and helpful. If you’re visiting Istanbul without knowing anyone there, that kind of support is tremendously valuable, even if it’s hard to put a price on. The units also feel like excellent value. They’re thoughtfully designed, well built, and furnished to a high standard, with a warm yet professional feel. And the location is right on target for historic Istanbul, hard to beat. I stayed through the owner’s Airbnb listing.

I keep coming back whenever I’m in Istanbul. It’s a cosy, clean, cute place on a quiet street, even though Sultanahmet square is right nearby. Restaurants, shops, attractions, and the tram line are all close, and the seashore and ferry station are within walking distance. You have what you need for your stay, and it works just as well for families as for solo travellers.

We had a wonderful four-night stay at Blue Suites by V with our two children. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, right down to towels and toilet paper. It’s a quiet place in a very central spot, about a minute on foot from Sultanahmet Square and the tram. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I’d definitely recommend staying here. I’ll absolutely come back on my next Istanbul trip. Best wishes to Volkan, and thanks for everything. See you next time!
