The breakfast service may be the only thing here worth the price. There’s mold in the bathroom, and the silicone seals have all turned black. I specifically asked for it to be cleaned, but they said they couldn’t clean it because it wouldn’t come off, which makes me doubt it had ever been cleaned. The wedding salon next door and other event venues right beside the hotel are very noisy, with the noise lasting until 23:00. It makes it hard to sleep peacefully.

The rooms were fine, the staff were courteous and friendly, and breakfast was very good. The hotel exceeded my expectations despite the smoke issue. Guests shouldn’t be allowed to smoke in the rooms. Please find a way to make things better for non-smokers. Thank you.

Being so close to Tarsus’s tourist attractions makes this hotel especially good value.

The staff were attentive and helpful, which I appreciated, but the rest of the stay was disappointing. Breakfast was below average, and the room smelled foul and felt thoroughly unclean. The bathroom had no lock on the door or shower handle, and the towels didn’t seem clean either. For a hotel that costs more than others nearby, the service and comfort fell well short of what I expected. Even though it’s a public institution, there seemed to be no organization at all. You can get a much nicer place in the area for the same price.
