I ended up cutting my stay short because the room was uncomfortable and poorly maintained, nowhere near what had been promised. The food also fell below standard, with little quality or variety. Service was slow and didn't help, and the reception staff came across as unprofessional and unwelcoming. I expected basic hospitality, so the whole experience was deeply frustrating. I hope management takes serious steps to improve service and how guests are treated. hote

We started our trip here after arriving at the airport, and the staff were supportive. The room was clean and tidy, and there was plenty of variety in the food. It seems suited to solo travelers or older people. With kids, I'd look for somewhere else. Thanks a lot.

Be sure to say hello to the cute dog! The hotel was clean, cozy, and the staff were friendly, so we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was a classic Turkish spread, though the hotel is far from the lake. Thanks a lot!

The breakfast was poor, with no variety, poor hygiene, and lots of flies. The rooms aren't well furnished, the bathroom is small, and the shower hose was broken. Also, the elevator doesn't go up to the top floor, number 7, and the staff don't wear uniforms. The building itself is good and clean, and the staff are friendly. It's a long way from uzungol, so it's not good for people without a car. This was rated as a 4 star hotel, but that seems overestimated.

The air conditioning was really bad. I spoke to the receptionist about it twice, but nothing changed. The location is good, about 4 KM from Uzungol, though you'll need a car. The hotel is clean, the rooms are good, and breakfast is okay.
