I was there for work for around a month. The new rooms are superb, and the rest of the hotel’s amenities were excellent. The parking setup is the main drawback: there’s room for five cars, but moving one out means shifting the other four, so you have to leave your keys at reception. Drivers should also know that parking on the hotel’s street comes with a municipal fee.
We were very pleased with our business-trip stay. The hotel and rooms felt new and were clean, and breakfast had a good variety and tasted very good.
The staff were especially warm and welcoming, and went out of their way to help us. We spent three days at Ergün Hotel last week for a friend's wedding, and it was simply wonderful. The historic Stone Bridge and town square are both an easy walk away. Parking was readily available in front of the hotel. Our room was spacious and had what we needed, and the carefully prepared buffet breakfast was delicious.
For about a month and a half on a work stay, I found the hotel comfortable and very clean, with a really good breakfast. The price is very good, and it felt like a five-star hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and Aziz in particular always found a way to help when I asked. I also met the owner, and they were very helpful. I haven’t found a hotel this comfortable in Kastamonu. Well done!
For a town hotel, this is a nice place. We stayed one night in a clean, roomy room, and the breakfast was tasty and quite enough.
