I stayed in June and found the rooms spacious and clean. I'll be back next year.

The service was zero, and there was no customer satisfaction at all. Our room didn't have slippers, and the pillows were yellowed. Anyone who wants to see for themselves can go. I am EYÜP TAŞ. We booked a room for three people for the night of January 19th. An extra friend wanted to join us, so before we left, we called specifically to ask about adding a bed and paying for it. The woman I spoke with said the room already had a double bed, a single bed base, and an armchair. I also asked directly whether four people staying in a three person room would cost extra. She said no, not at all. The next day, a hotel representative called to say we owed the missing money, denied what we had been told, and made us look like liars. The way they treated us over 200 TL was appalling.

The location was the main downside. Market vendors are known to drive by with their car stereos blaring, though that's not the hotel's fault at the moment. If you find a parking space nearby, take it right away or someone else might get it. I came with my parents, so there were three of us. The price was quite reasonable in June 2023, 600 euros on weekdays and 700 euros on Fridays and weekends. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the toilet and bathroom were perfectly adequate with no bad smell. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was better equipped than an average home kitchen. Everything in the room was there. They provided slippers for two people, which was fine, and anything extra we asked for arrived right away. There's a large wardrobe to the left of the entrance, though you'll need to bring your own hangers. The living room chandelier hangs a little low, and I bumped into it a few times, but it wasn't a problem.

We stayed two days, and this was the most expensive place in the area. Price wasn't the issue, though. There was no shower head in the bathroom, and cleanliness was terrible. The floors were dusty and covered in women's hair. I can't recommend it at all. If cleanliness matters to you, you won't find what you're expecting here.
