No Problem Pansiyon & Alkaya

Great place and a great host!

We keep coming back, and the person who looked after us has always made us very happy. It’s the one place in Tekirdağ where we feel at home and comfortable. It’s clean and comfortable, and I’d recommend it to anyone who’s unsure about staying here.

The shower setup was the only real bother: it’s in the same area as the sink, with no shower cabin. Aside from that, we were happy with our stay. My boyfriend and I came for three nights and chose the place again because we’d been satisfied on an earlier visit. Our room looked out over the sea, the staff were very helpful, and the room was generally clean. When we ran out of tissues, water, and tea, they brought us more. Thanks very much.

We won’t stay here again, and I’d tell others to avoid it if they don’t want the same kind of experience. We paid in advance, arrived at 4 or 5, and still couldn’t get into the room because staff said it was being cleaned. We waited for an hour or two. The large signs say checkout is at 12:00, but staff told us 11:00. If that’s the rule, they should take the signs down. There was also a 500 TL weekend price increase, seemingly at their discretion. My wife called and was told a room was available, but when we arrived half an hour later, they said there was none. It felt like a joke. Calling the person in charge meant waiting 10-15 minutes, and the staff’s attitude was very bad. We couldn’t even understand what they were saying or discussing. This place feels entirely set up to take advantage of customers. Anyone saying they were satisfied must be lying. It was an absolute disgrace.
