Armas Kaplan Paradise Resort

The spa was the one thing that spoiled an otherwise amazing holiday. Staff there were very pushy about selling services and followed us around. The massage therapists acted unprofessionally, touched me inappropriately more than once, asked me out, and kept making advances after I said no. I'd strongly suggest choosing a Thai massage with women, or avoiding the spa altogether. The hotel is a bit old, but nice. The food was amazing, especially the unlimited watermelon and tasty soups available all day. Our room was clean, the air conditioning was strong, and we had an amazing vacation apart from that spa experience.

We booked at the last minute as a family of four, with two children under 14, and kept talking about how great the place was. The hotel is close to the beach and natural beauty, with lovely wooded areas that offer shady spots around the complex. The rooms were well air-conditioned and did the job, though one of the kids' single beds was really a chaise longue. That's our only issue. Most guests seemed to be from Eastern Europe, but everyone was made welcome and it didn't affect our stay. The food was top class, with something for everyone. Onur in the restaurant was a real gentleman and looked after us throughout the holiday. We also looked forward to Ibrahim the grill chef's tasty dishes every night. He's a master at what he does, and the rest of the food team were great too. The entertainment crew kept people involved during the day. Yunus was always friendly, helpful, and polite, and the whole ENTS team worked hard every day to create a great atmosphere. The market shop and Turkish cafe attached to the hotel also provided great service. Albert in the cafe took especially good care of me. The whole team was fantastic, including the bar and restaurant staff and the cleaners. We'd definitely return. Thanks again to Onur, Ibrahim, Yunus, and Albert. See you next time!

The people running the hotel clearly put a lot of passion into it, from the animators and bartenders to the cooks. The service was wonderful, everything felt top-notch, and leaving made me so sad I had tears rolling down my cheeks. I hope I can visit again soon. Highly recommended. The place was beautiful, clean, and nice, the food was tasty, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and cultured. I know I'll be back often. Best regards!
