Club Hotel Phaselis Rose - All Inclusive

I couldn't make it because of circumstances outside my control, and even though I'd paid for the room in advance and officially confirmed what had happened, the hotel refused to work with me. I asked for either some of the money back or a chance to move the booking, but the administration wouldn't consider either option. Their rigid response showed no understanding or basic respect for a customer dealing with an unforeseen situation. It's a shame their policy leaves no room for a humane or flexible approach. I wouldn't recommend booking here if you expect the service to take those circumstances into account.

We arrived late, after dinner, and the staff first invited us to have a warm meal before taking care of check-in. That was a lovely surprise and a great welcome. They were friendly and helpful throughout our 8 days at Club Hotel Phaselis Rose. There was plenty for the kids, from several pools and a water park to a pebble beach with a long pier and bar. They especially loved jumping into the sea from the pier. In the evenings there were themed parties and shows that entertained adults and children alike. The food was fresh, varied, and very good, with tasty snacks available between meals at the main pool and bar. The setting, with mountain and sea views, made the stay even nicer. We had a fantastic family holiday and would highly recommend it to families looking for fun and relaxation.

The kids' club wasn't much, but the night program was great. We were there in Jun 24 and liked the rooms and main restaurant, and the food was really nice. It's also an easy 5-minute walk to the village shops and stores. The beach is sandy and has plenty of space. Great hotel.

We ate Turkish, Italian, Japanese, and Mexican food during our 10-day holiday, all fresh and well prepared. I can't see what more you'd expect. The hotel is big and set up mainly for families with children, with a water park, playground, and evening theater that were well kept and organized. It sits between Olympos mountain and the sea, so the scenery and nature are lovely. It's near the end of Tekirova, but convenience and bazaar stores are close by. The rooms were cleaned daily, and staff were generally kind and helpful, including the Beach security guards. There are trips to places recommended by the tourist office outside the hotel. The commuter buses stop right at the door and can take you to Kemer, Camuyova, and Antalia for little money, though you need Turkish lira banknotes. I also recommend Sercan at the inside Hairderesser Salon for a refresh during your stay.
