Renovated, green, and peaceful, with clean new rooms and a nice beach right by the sea. It was great value for the price. The evening shows, music, and discos were enjoyable too. I recommend it.

We stayed at the end of July 2024 and found the location lovely, right at the foot of the mountain and among the trees. Even with very high temperatures it felt pleasant. The complex and beach were beautiful and clean, and the sea was lovely too. Staff were friendly, and our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, with towels and bed linen changed daily. Wi-Fi worked everywhere, even down on the beach. There was a wide choice of food and drinks, and we especially enjoyed the a la cart restaurant. There are playgrounds, pastry shops, and cafes that accept guests over 18. Activities and entertainment for adults and children included concerts, plays, and sports. An honest recommendation, especially for families with kids.

We were there in June 2023. The room was noisy at times, from late entertainment or the air-conditioning motors and motors from the neighboring hotel. It was only okay, and although it was cleaned daily, housekeeping sometimes took our towels without leaving replacements. The bathroom was simply dirty, not just imperfect in the details, and smelled because of faulty pipes. The all-inclusive food and drink didn't guarantee quality. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner had a wide selection, with some dishes okay and others very poor, and I had a couple of the worst cocktails I've ever tried. The staff didn't speak English but did speak Russian. Most guests were Russian, though that wasn't a problem at all. The resort is popular with families with young children and has many activities for them. The beach was great, with enough room for guests, and you could book cabanas to relax in. The beach staff were lovely and polite, and took good care of us.

After ten years of holidays in Kemer, this was our worst one. We were three couples and one child, booked three rooms for eleven nights through Fibula Travel, and wouldn't recommend either the resort or the agency to tourists. The resort's managers communicated arrogantly, and the agency seemed interested only in taking customers' money. The staff spoke Russian, not English. Hygiene was poor throughout, with dirty, damp rooms and common areas and very worn-out premises. Our room was stuffy, the toilet was dirty with clumps of hair everywhere, and water dripped from the bathroom ceiling onto our heads. After several complaints, someone came and painted it with oil paint. The smell of gasoline from the paint filled the room. The pool was very dirty and rarely cleaned. Then on our last day, staff entered our room and took personal items from the table, including iPhone headphones. The person was identified, but nobody was held responsible. Finally, at the airport on departure day, we were told at check-in that our tickets had been canceled. We had to go through a long ordeal of conversations to sort it out.
