The sea and pool were lovely, and the separate women's pool and sunbathing area are fully screened off. Bring shoes for the sea. The hotel's location and facilities are good, but I don't feel the stay was worth what I paid. We booked two months early to avoid rising prices, yet by arrival the rates for our dates had dropped a lot. At check-in, we were told our reservation had been cancelled by us. We showed the confirmation email, and they quickly cleaned a room for us while we waited, but it was only half-finished. We also saw many other guests dealing with reservation problems. The facilities are let down by management issues. There aren't enough staff, especially at mealtimes, and they're always rushing around. Food is standard, with nearly the same choices each day and no red meat, just turkey. The animation could use work too. It hasn't really come together yet, and there are mostly sound effects like “one two dj stop.” It could be more professional.

My first day made it clear this isn't the place for anyone looking for quality. The price is nowhere near worth it. You could apparently get an ultra-luxury holiday at any hotel in the area for half as much. The mixed pool was below average in cleanliness, close to dirty. The dining hall was the worst part, small, inadequate, and gloomy, with too few food counters and queues even while on holiday. The food seemed almost designed to put people off eating. There was no meat, only minced meat, and chicken and turkey were in demand. By the end of the week, I felt my money and time had been wasted. Breakfast tea had a queue too, with just one tea samovar and a single tap in the whole hotel. They seem to have gone for the cheapest of everything, and none of it tastes good. The air conditioning is even switched off at certain times. In the rooms, the bed springs sagged and the toilet brush was rusty. The pool was incredibly dirty, among other things. The management is terrible. More after the next 24 hours.

I don't know how it's right to buy an old Russian hotel for 60 tl, fence off one of the pools in a ridiculous way with a tarp, then try to sell it for 250 tl as a conservative Islamic hotel. It would be healthier to pay your debts first and stop deceiving people. Don't make a joke of the Turkish people's intelligence like the FETÖ people, using Allah, the book, and things like that to trick them. It's shameful and sinful, and a real pity. People save money and work all year, hoping to holiday with their families at a place that suits their beliefs. Don't destroy that dream for them. Shameful...

There's no star option for what this place deserves, but I had to click one just to post. Absolutely awful. I booked a family room for five, and they put a filthy bunk bed in it for the fifth person. The room was filthy too, with plaster fallen from the ceiling onto the floor. Getting there, we were already gagging from the sewer smell on the garden-side path. I complained to reception straight away. They told me I could stay or leave, and that I'd lose my money either way. The room was so bad you couldn't even keep an animal there. Nothing about it was five-star quality. I complained to the Ministry of Tourism, but the stars had been awarded by Kemer Municipality, through nepotism, of course. May the money they took from me be poison, misery, and haram, and get stuck in their throats. See you on the Day of Judgment.
