The dinner was seriously good, though the half-board breakfast was inadequate. The restaurant staff were attentive, unlike the housekeeping staff near whose area we stayed. The women there were foul-mouthed, noisy at work, and swore at guests as they left. Our terrace room was cramped enough to feel claustrophobic and, though we asked to pay extra for a better room, they said there were no vacancies. Maybe it was just a busy period. The terrace rooms are uninhabitable. We stayed January 26th to 29th, 2026. The resort has plenty of shortcomings. The mixed pool is tiny, with nowhere to relax after swimming, and just three sun loungers that never become available. There’s no ventilation in the pool area, and the heat makes you feel like you might faint. They say rooms have bathtubs, but even a 10-year-old wouldn’t fit. We tried one, but water leaked from under the shower, so we couldn’t use it without flooding the bathroom. The room furniture is very old. I don’t know if the hotel has nicer rooms, but definitely avoid the terrace rooms. If you’re coming for the pool, don’t bother, 20 people are trying to fit into a 30-square-meter pool. The hotel is old, facilities are poor, and the spa is bad. I haven’t looked into other facilities thoroughly, but I’d rather pay 3-5 thousand TL more for a newer, more professional hotel.

The only issue was that there wasn’t a seating area. Otherwise, our group of teachers was very pleased with the hotel I found and arranged. The food, rooms, and spa area were great, and the waiters were attentive and friendly. Ms. Özlem, the healthcare worker, looked after us every day. We’re very grateful for her kindness. Complimentary tea would have made us even happier :)

The thermal pools were especially well cared for when it came to hygiene, and the hotel was clean, with comfortable rooms and well-organized thermal areas. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and made us feel special. We had one of our most enjoyable thermal stays in Yalova. I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing break from city stress and some quality time. We’re already planning to return.

The sound insulation between rooms is almost nonexistent. You can hear everything said next door, and they can hear us too. The beds and pillows are very old and in poor condition, the food is bad, and service quality is poor. Pool hours are frustrating, opening very late in the morning and closing very early in the evening. The thermal water temperature is poor and differs between the women’s and men’s pools. When I asked why, they said it could happen. Towels were never available when we asked. We asked the manager, who angrily asked her staff where the 300 towels were. We overheard an employee passing on complaints to the manager. While they were discussing the low pool temperature, she said, “It happens, there’s nothing you can do.” When we guests stepped in, she backtracked, saying, “The sensor didn’t give a warning, let’s see what happens.”
