We paid a fair amount for 10 nights and came away completely disappointed, especially as visitors from England. The hotel seemed to cater to German guests: we were the only English people staying, and both entertainment and food felt prioritized for Germans. Staff either ignored us or looked at us as if to ask why we were there, and they only spoke German. If you're coming from England, I'd change hotels rather than make the journey to stay here. All inclusive isn't worth it.

Umut and Arthur were staying at the hotel with me, and they were friendly and fun company who made the trip better. Mert, working at the hotel bar, was attentive to us and all the guests. He clearly enjoyed his job and was very good at it. The food, though, was terrible. It was bland, overcooked and unappetizing, and even simple dishes seemed carelessly made. The drinks were just as disappointing. My cocktail was so badly mixed I could barely finish it, and the wine list had only a few low-quality choices. For what I paid, I expected much better dining and drinks. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone who cares about food and drink. There was hardly any animation during my stay, with very few activities or events. I had been looking forward to some fun entertainment, so that was disappointing too.

Food was good, tasty and varied, and the drinks were top brands. The hotel itself is new, and you can tell in the rooms, restaurants and rest areas. Cleaning happened, although it took some doing. Still, for a luxurious hotel the staff really weren't up to standard. They seemed bored, poorly trained and always after tips. There was no entertainment, no parties and no DJ. By 11 at night, everyone was asleep. If you stay here, expect to sit, eat and drink, not have fun like at other hotels in the area. Reception in particular made the holiday start badly for me. The staff looked bored and tired, and left me feeling like I hadn't paid for the services on offer. If I were a shareholder, I'd fire all the reception staff. All in all, it was a good holiday, but clearly not an extraordinary one.
