The thermal facilities were clean, well maintained, and relaxing. Limak Thermal Boutique Hotel has a charming historic character but also the modern comforts I'd expect from a five-star stay. The peaceful atmosphere and high service standards made the visit memorable. The staff's hospitality made the biggest impression. I was greeted warmly at check-in, and the restaurant waiters were kind, attentive, and professional. They remembered what I liked and served everything with care and a smile. The whole restaurant team made me feel at home. If you want a quiet getaway where people treat you with respect and care, I highly recommend Limak Yalova. I'm already looking forward to coming back! Natural hot mineral water comes right into the bathroom of each room, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable, air-conditioned, and elegant. This historic palace feels like a natural resort, with beautiful reminders of the past and magnificent design. The staff's hospitality and constant smiles added to the experience. The pools were very good, but towels had been left on the seats and water covered the floor, making it so slippery I could easily have fallen. Before dinner, we went to the bar for a celebration drink. I asked for champagne, but they didn't have any, though gin was available. The girl needed the manager to explain how to make it. We booked two nights but were given only one, and were told another would be available in the morning. That one night cost 16,219.60 lira, including four gins. The food was very average and breakfast was awful. We expected an upmarket hotel, but found it very average and were very disappointed.

The hotel sits on a hill with a very pleasant view, and I enjoyed my five-night stay in this nice place. The staff are polite and try to give the best service as they've been taught. My concern is how clean the spa and pool are. They really need scrubbing from top to bottom. There was mold and grease everywhere, and the pool's glass doors looked filthy, as if they'd never been cleaned. The spa staff spent the day chatting instead of using a brush and cloth, but unfortunately nobody tells them to. Apart from that, it's a nice place among the others here.
