My mother and I were especially pleased with the spa. Nida and Mesut were attentive and caring, and Dian and Anna did a great job with the scrub and foam massage. Their massages are really good, and I’d recommend the spa to others. Getting into the room took longer than expected: we were supposed to go up at 14:00 but didn't get there until 15:30. The young staff at the computer did their best, though the towels and bathrobes also arrived late. The woman at reception seemed to be in charge and kept us waiting.

The room was neat and clean, with a balcony, and there’s parking right in front of the hotel. I went on a regular weekday, not the weekend, and the place was nearly empty. It’s a lovely spot to get away from city noise and enjoy the natural setting, with a beautiful lake view and a very hot sulfur-water pool. The food was good, though not especially delicious. One thing to plan for: the restaurant closes at 11 pm, there’s no food after that, and there isn’t a supermarket nearby. I’d recommend it if you want a break surrounded by nature.

The massage was really relaxing, and I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. We liked the hotel and the service, and I’d still recommend it for a weekend or even a day to swim in the thermal and regular pools, get a massage, and eat well. There were some cleanliness issues, though. The floors in our room were dusty and the balcony wasn’t clean. In the salt room, wrappers or plastic cups stayed on the floor during our whole visit, and slipper wrappers were blowing around near the pool, even though I saw the spa area being cleaned regularly. There was a kettle, tea, and sugar in the room, but no mugs. Reception brought us cardboard cups and instant coffee after we called. I was surprised there was no barista, since I’d have liked a proper coffee in the morning and evening, and I went to a cafe in town for one. I’d expected walking paths in the green area I saw when booking, but there aren’t any, which was disappointing.

I had a full-body massage and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The masseuse was skilled and paid attention to what I needed, and I left feeling rejuvenated. The spa felt calm and soothing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was clean and well maintained, though I did feel cold because the spa room was chilly.
