Vital Thermal Hotel and Spa

The location was great, and the staff were as helpful as they could be, but the hotel seemed to lack management. We booked a deluxe room with a terrace and found a basic room instead. It had a leaking bathtub, no bathroom hooks, no kettle, and no coffee table. We asked for an iron and waited more than 24 hours. When it arrived, it looked like it had been through a war and was a real mess. Because of the leak, we were moved to what they called a standard room. We took it, then were shocked to find it was far better than the deluxe room: bigger, with a wonderful view and hooks in the bathroom. Breakfast was very ordinary, and we only ate it once during our two days there. For the price we paid, I wouldn’t stay again, though I wouldn’t completely discourage others. It depends what you’re looking for.

I stayed at Zir Dream Thermal & Spa Yalova Hotel for two nights in August 2022 and would rate it 5 out of 5. You can reserve a room by phone and send an advance payment. The staff were trained and professional, and the food was full of flavor. I tipped the chefs and got a special omelet at breakfast the next morning. Dinner is available too. The thermal water pool, private hamam, spa, and Turkish Hamam were all up to standard. Room cleanliness could be improved a little.

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is lovely and clean, the food tastes good, and the people are gentle, polite, and sociable. I liked this place. 👌🏼

Set among the Termal woods, the hotel has a lovely setting and a view. The staff, including Jalal and Onur, were friendly and willing to help. The hotel itself has serious maintenance problems and needs renovation.
