The rooms are spacious, and the restaurant serves really tasty food with excellent service. The central location in Tokat also made it easy to visit historic sights and the city center on foot. Wi-Fi access was the one drawback.

I spent a week here for an Erasmus+ project and had a really good stay. The food was great, and the rooms were clean. Every room had air conditioning that worked well for both heating and cooling. Thanks to the chef, the cleaning ladies, and all the other staff. They were friendly and lovely, even though they didn't speak English.

The location and breakfast were nice, and the rooms are big. The furniture feels quite old, though, and the air conditioning didn't work, so the room was hot.

The hotel is alright in general, but on a hot day the lack of proper air conditioning made our room feel like a sauna, even with the temperature only at 30 degrees outside. I was also charged 20 liras more than other people paid for the same room that day.

The outside gives a better impression than the inside. Staff don't speak English, and a single room at 85TL feels overpriced. Breakfast looked old, and there wasn't proper hot water in the room, just lukewarm.
