Nuri, Ülgen, Noor Jahan and Serpil all helped make us feel welcome, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the start. Our room was clean, comfortable and well kept, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the location made exploring easy. Service was excellent, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also booked a quad bike tour through the hotel and had a great time. I’d gladly come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable stay.

The balloon view from the room made our stay at Gala Cave Cappadocia special, and breakfast was fresh, delicious and full of choices. Booking was showing no availability, so I reached out directly on WhatsApp. Noori, the owner, made the arrangements easy and asked only for a small advance, which I sent through Wise. Everything went smoothly after that. I’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone coming to the area.

Watching balloons drift right above us at sunrise was an unforgettable highlight. The hotel sits high in Göreme near Love Valley, and many balloons took off nearby, passing incredibly close. Ülgen at reception arranged all our activities, from a balloon ride and sunset ATV tour to paragliding and the Red Tour around Göreme. He was welcoming, attentive and helpful throughout, always upbeat and never making anything feel like trouble. Mustafa, our day trip guide, knew the region well, shared interesting details and kept us laughing with his great humour. He made sure we saw the best of Cappadocia, and the whole experience was exceptionally well organised and stress-free.

Breakfast was our favourite part of the stay, easily the best we’ve had in Turkey so far. Thank you, Nurcan, for preparing it all and laying everything out so beautifully! The staff were incredibly friendly and arranged all our tours when we arrived. Both the guides and the tours were fantastic. I can’t recommend the hotel enough, and I’ll be back.

The morning views of Cappadocia from the rooftop terrace were magical, with hot air balloons overhead. Mr. Nuri and his brother Mustafa welcomed us like family and showed us wonderful hospitality. Our room was cozy, and breakfast was fresh, delicious and had lots of variety. We had an incredible stay at Gala Cave Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia.
