Breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious. Ms. Zahide was warm and friendly, and the hotel felt comfortable and clean. It's in a great location, and we had an excellent stay.

There seems to be potential here, but very little effort. The room had no Aircon and was extremely hot. The quality was just enough to avoid complaining, and I didn't think it was worth the price. Only one employee speaks English, and he usually isn't there. We were misled by the hotel about the balloon ride. They also pressed us for money, then said they didn't have change and kept the difference. I wouldn't stay again.

The location is great, but I found the rest of the stay awful. I paid for breakfast, yet it wasn't ready until 9am. The room was old, dusty, unclean, and had a slightly unpleasant smell. Without air conditioning, it was hard to rest comfortably. There were noisy bars nearby, and loudspeakers playing Muslim prayers made things even less comfortable. The security seemed very basic and unreliable. The windows were broken and wouldn't close, so it felt like someone could get in easily. I hope people reading this don't waste their money.

The hotel's views and location were okay, but there was no AC or fan, and the Wi-Fi didn't work even after we told reception. I wouldn't return. Don't book tours through them. We were told the balloon tour had been paid for, then learned this was reportedly a common scam here. We paid about 40€ above the usual price. When we asked for a receipt, they handed us a dubious slip of paper. They also didn't return the money they owed us because they weren't there when we checked out. I felt scammed.
